WE WILL KEEP YOU INFORMED:

Once we have engaged by you and received your instructions we will keep you informed on the progress of your matter on a regular basis.

As appropriate to the type of matter, we will regularly inform you of the progress, either in writing or by a telephone call from this office.

Also, as the need arises, we will forward copies of relevant correspondence and documents to you.

THE COST OF OUR SERVICE

Conveyancing, Immigration & Probate:
You will be charged at a fixed professional fee or you will be given an accurate quote for your transaction.

Family Law, Crimes, Company, Civil/Commercial Disputes:
You will be charged at a fixed professional fee for any uncontested matters.
With contested matters, you will be given an estimate of costs at the begining of your matter. 
Hourly rate is $220 + GST. The fee is based on the professional time necessary to handle your matter.

Fees on account and Payment of Fees:
Payment will be required from time to time, as discussed, for family/commercial matters and court cases unless as agreed otherwise. On other matters the fees are payable at the completion of the matter. If outstanding fees and out-of-pocket expenses are billed we would require these to be paid within 14 days of billings.

Out-of-pocket Expenses:
We require these to be paid in advance.


OFFICE HOURS:

If required, appointments can be made outside normal business hours.
